- Blueberry yoghurt
Very easy to make, line a baking tray with foil and pour the yoghurt on top. Add the fruits on top and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until frozen. Remove and use a sharp knife to cut into pieces.
Cupids berry smoothie
We love this recipe as it is so quick and easy to prepare. The berries are packed full of skin-boosting antioxidants. You could even add a 50ml bottle of skin, hair & nails for an extra boost.
- Half a glass of natural Greek yoghurt
- Half a glass of ice
- 50ml skin, hair & nails
Use a blender to mix, before drinking immediately.
