Valentine’s day is a great time to whip up some treats in the kitchen for a loved one. So we’ve selected some recipes that are not only delicious but also contain ingredients that your skin will thank you for. Helping you glow this Valentine’s.

Valentine’s yoghurt bark

The berries in this recipes are packed full of antioxidants which neutralise the effects of free radicals on our body. These fruits also contain high levels of vitamin C, which can help reduce the appearance of lines and dark circles.

  • Blueberry yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • blueberries
  • pomegranates

Very easy to make, line a baking tray with foil and pour the yoghurt on top. Add the fruits on top and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until frozen. Remove and use a sharp knife to cut into pieces.

Cupids berry smoothie

We love this recipe as it is so quick and easy to prepare. The berries are packed full of skin-boosting antioxidants. You could even add a 50ml bottle of skin, hair & nails for an extra boost.

Use a blender to mix, before drinking immediately.

Granola squares

These granola squares are packed full of great ingredients. The cranberries are full of vitamin C, and the pumpkin seeds contain zinc and magnesium.

  • 175g unsalted butter
  • 140g honey
  • 250g demerara sugar
  • 350g porridge oats
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 85g dried cranberries
  • 85g pumpkin seeds
  • 85g raisins
  • 85g dried apricots
