What You Can Do About Hair Loss

Even excessive shampoo use can be harmful as it strips the natural oils from the hair, shampoo should only be used every other day at most.

Natural Hair Growth Remedies

In addition to dietary changes and routine hair maintenance, there are a variety of other remedies that can help maintain healthy hair. Massaging warm oils onto the scalp (any natural oil such as coconut or olive) and leaving it to soak in can help to moisturize and strengthen hair. Green tea is also an effective method, tea bags should be heated in water and applied to the scalp for about an hour so that antioxidants can be absorbed through the skin. It is also helpful to practice meditation to reduce the stress that contributes to hair loss. All of these remedies can be helpful to reduce hair loss and depending on the cause, you can choose your own method of treatment.
